Meet the Montrose Chiropractic Staff
Get To Know Each Of Them:
I’m Kristan, I’m married to my wonderful husband Jeff, and have two fun loving, goofy boys named Blake and Carter, and one step son named Logan. I also have 3 cats named Mia, Chloe, and Smokey, and also a dog named Morgan. I enjoy spending as much time as possible playing, snuggling, and having fun with my boys and my husband. My job is a very important factor in my life and it helps a lot when you enjoy it as much as I do! I’m happy to be here and look forward to meeting, and getting to know each and every one of you!
I’m Mary Chris and I handle the billing for Dr. Sonya. My friends and family know me to be “Quirky, but practical.” I come to Montrose Family Chiropractic with more experience than I’d like to admit. My first ” career” was bookkeeping and office administration, followed by a decade as a pension consultant. After 15 years as a mortgage consultant, I was ready for something a little less stressful and a whole lot closer to home… My husband and I are the owners of Behind the Moon Antiques in Waverly, and this opportunity provided me with the flexibility we needed. I’ve long been an advocate of chiropractic care since being in a couple of accident but have since learned its real benefits from a maintenance and preventative view. Come visit us, You’ll be so glad you did!
Hello everyone, my name is Dessie, and I currently live in Waverly with my husband Javi, our son Trystan, and our 2 cats, Kisses and Punkin, and our Dog, Teak.
I served 4 years in the Marine Corps, and my MOS (job) was a 2111 (thats an armorer), and I was stationed in Camp Pendleton, California. My 4 years of active service ended in 2012 so me and my family packed up and moved back here to Minnesota.
I recently received my Degree in Law Enforcement from Rassmussen College and completed their SKILLS program as well. I’m currently enrolled in an EMR course as my next step in my long term goal to becoming a Law Enforcement officer or Conservation Officer.
You can probably imagine that the Marine Corps and Law Enforcement training have done quite a number on my body, with all the training and carrying around the extra weight of guns and sapi plates, and learning how to take down criminals by practicing on each other, means getting slammed down a time or two. Dr. Sonya is currently working on getting me back to normal after having such bad knee and back pain for so long. My body was just compensating, and I can already tell the difference chiropractic is making. I’m pretty impressed!! I can’t wait to meet you all and see your journey to wellness!
